Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of peanut butter
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 egg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Mix all ingredients well and roll into balls.

Put on cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.

Bake 10 minutes.

Makes about one dozen cookies.
